The brake line was previously routed along the front of the gear, and under the fuselage. There really isn't a good location for the line; just some that are less objectionable than others.
1. Located positions for adel clamps on port and stbd gear. 2. Marked holes for screw attach. 3. Drilled 5/8" deep with #40 bit. 4. Opened holes with #34 bit. 5. Tapped holes for 6-32 screws. 6. Installed dg4 adel clamps to brake line with ms series #6 1/2" screws. 7. Located adel clamps on port and stbd under fuselage. 8. Drilled with #30 bit, and clecoed. 9. Located adel clamps inside fuselage, drilled with #30 bit, and riveted with A4 rivets.
Note: Under fuselage and gear clamps will be removed for painting, then replaced and riveted or affixed with screws, as appropriate.
