Brief Description:  Fabricated and installed avionics tray

I decided to go ahead and add the avionics tray while it was easier to access.

1) Measured area available for size, and ability to remove tray in the future.
2) Drew pattern on .025 6061T6.
3) Cut out metal with knife.
4) Cleaned edges with sander, and other tools.
5) Bent piece on brake.
6) Fit in position.
7) Fabricated support legs from 6061T1 angle.
8) Drilled angle to tray and support channel 6K2-1, clecoing as holes were drilled.
9) Riveted angle to tray; leaving hole in support channel for #6 screw, so tray can be removed.
10) Drilled front mounting holes through instrument panel into tray with #30 bit.
11) Cleaned and dimpled holes in instrument panel and tray, so recessed screws can be used.
12) Installed tray with clecos, so it can be removed when engine controls are installed beneath.
