Gathered parts for Universal Hinges. Cut aluminum bushings from raw stock, drilled and deburred trailing edge spar hinge attach holes to #11. Profiled root fittings to conform to the trailing edge ID. Mount long wing channel to inboard rear spars, locate bolt up and drill/rivet nut plate to long wing channels for flap hinge bolt. Installed universal hinges into trailing egde spars. Installed CCPQ-64into center hole of long wing channel per parts illustration. Note: this rivet is best installed before universal hinge is put in because the rivet hits the hinge. This required a hand puller to squeeze the rivet till it was tight against the long channel before pulling.
