Drilled lower holes in strut attach plates to 5/16". Drill upper holes in strut attach plates to 1/4", locate plates correctly on spars and transfer drill holes to spars. Drill holes in spars to 3/8" using step drill and deburr all holes. Measure bushing for proper length (must be flush with edges of spars) and trim ends till flush with OD of spars when inserted. Gathered all hardware, inserted bushings into all four spars and bolted up assemblies (front and rear/left and right) to the spars for the strut attach points. Torqued nuts per standards. Step drilled holes 8" from left leading edge tip to 5/8" per manual for pitot/static probe and deburred.
