Located holes in leading edge spars and drill to #11 then cleco long wing channels to spar.Clean, edge polish, drill and deburr holes to #11 in spar doublers. Tape doublers to pole, insert into spar and cleco per manual. Drill outboard holes, remove doublers, deburr and reinstall with long wing channels. Rivet to spar with CCPQ-64 rivets. Drilled, deburred and riveted U-Brackets to spars as well as the remaining long wing channels.
