Almost done with organizing things in the hangar but before I went home I mixed up some filler and made a retainer out of duct tape and filled the forward corners of the cowling. I already laid up a layer of glass as a backstop support. After sanding this down I will lay a layer for strength to the forward side then fill and sand smooth.
