Today I worked on getting the fit between the upper and lower cowls. I must have had the cowl on and off 4 times but I think I am finally there. The good thing is I am getting good with getting the cowl on and off. Some go to the expense of putting in fasteners instead of the hinge pins, but honestly I am already getting down a good technique and I can get the cowl off fairly fast. Not that there is any kind of race. The big issue is the upper cowl pins right now; I am still using the stock pins to keep things as snug as possible for the fitting. These pins are tough to install
