Brief Description: Prepared canopy for cosmetic layer of glue
I took all the tape off the canopy and did some strategic trimming so that I can get as smooth a cosmetic layer as possible. I had to move the edges for the fillet out a bit in order to account for some high spots I have. I then re-taped everything so I can do the glue tomorrow.
I must say I am impressed at how tough the bond is between the frame and canopy. I removed all of the clecoes and the canopy is rock solid, well almost, it is a solid as dense rubber which is the consistency of the Sikaflex after it cures. Tomorrow will tell how nice it will look.
