Brief Description: Build first part of rear control cover
I am very pleased with how the rear cover has turned out so far. I traced the template onto the aluminum and then cut the vent hole and made the bends. The test fit is near perfect. I drilled pilot holes for the aft screws, I still need to do the holes for the sides, but I will do that with the floor panels on the bench instead of in the plane. I need to fabricate the forward piece before I take the floors out. I guess all the work perfecting the CAD template paid off.
