Brief Description:  Flute new ribs and drilled counter weight

I had a friend in from out of town so I have not worked much, but I was also waiting for new parts. I ripped up the 703 rib while drilling the counter weight. Well today the new parts arrived so I fluted the new ribs and then drilled out the new counter weight. This all turned out well, but the fluting as usual took along time. I could get the holes in the longer 703 rib to all line up real nice but the 704 rib holes would not mate up to the 713 counter weight skin very well. I took a lot of tweaking, but finally it came together. I put a cleco in every hole, the first couple took a little effort then the others were fine.

I did not take any pictures, so I though I would add a picture here of the trim servo shown in it installed position from the inside of the elevator. It is just lying in place not screed down.
