Brief Description:  Deburr and dimle rudder parts

Today I finished the deburr and dimple process. Actually I did the bulk of it today; I had some of it started yesterday. This is by far the most tedious part of the build, but kind of relaxing if you don’t make yourself feel rushed.

I did have one issue I had to ask some help with. There a few areas on the rudder where 3 layers of material get riveted together. I was not sure if dimpling all three layers was the way to go or if I should use a combination of dimple an counter sink. The answer was triple dimples are best and make the strongest joint. If the middle layer were too thick to dimple then a counter sink in that layer would have been the answer, but all the layer can be dimpled.
