I need to investigate the clearance for the 814 angle (see picture). The reinforcing angle was formed this way from the factory, I am certain my bends are in the exact locaton but I am not sure there is enough clearance from the skin and underlying rib. The DWG seems to show the two parts flush but I am not sure. I have found nothing in the instructions that discusses the clearance of these two parts.
The left side of the HS is ready for the deburr and prime step. I will finish the right side so I can prime all of the parts in one or two paint sessions. Since I will do these parts all at once I will shoot everything with the P60 washed primer since it seems to have a harder finish than the rattle can self etching primer.
