Brief Description:  Primed and riveted the "Wall of Breakers"

I spent another day mostly working on electrical system design; I think I am finally getting close to a final plan. I had to hunt down all of the power data on each item I am putting in the plane in order to do a load analysis to see if the 60 amp alternator will be enough, so far it looks like it will be plenty, I will have heated seats and those buggers really draw some amps, I really only need the bigger alternator due to that. But I digress; as for the time in the shop, I first primed all of the parts for my new right side console, which I have dubbed the “wall of breakers” because that is what it will be when it is done. After the primer dried which only takes 15 minutes, I dimpled the parts for rivets. After riveting everything together I gave it a test fit using clecoes where the screws will eventually be installed. It sure looks nice; I will be able to get all of the breakers on the wall and the bulk of my switches in the upper console. Some switches are going elsewhere, like the fuel boost pump, it will go on the left side of the instrument panel so it is close to my throttle hand. The flap switch will go on the stick, along with AP disconnect, Start button, Trim, Radio push to talk and one more I have to decide on at some point. Tomorrow is the end of the month; I will back up my log and then post some new statistics of my build time. April and May were lean months in the shop due to my travels. I need to keep moving, my engine is on the way, the avionic will not be far behind and I pick up the finish kit July 7th, (canopy, gear tires etc.)
