I next moved on to the left wing conduit, this went a little faster than the right, after marking the holes I drilled #30 pilot holes, the using a small step drill I drilled the holes up to ¼”, then I switched to the step drill that goes from ¼” up to ¾”. Using an extension to reach the interior ribs I drilled all of the holes to ¾”. Then using the die grinder with a scotch brite wheel I deburred all of the holes. After vacuuming up the chips in the wing I call it a day.
