I only managed to get the right center baffle done yesterday so today I continued with eh fitting of the left front center baffle. Same old deal on and off until it fits.
After the center baffles where done I went back to make the bend in the side baffle so they the excess lays under the inlet. Well I failed “bend offset making 101” and put the bend in the wrong place. The repair required me to make a custom angle so I could get the bend in the correct place.
After this minor setback I made a paper template that will be the start of the curve part that goes into the corner of the inlet.
