Brief Description:  1. Restrictor fitting

Wow I am getting good at only working 2 hours a day on the project. There has just been a lot of research going on. I started today making a restrictor fitting. The ones they sell are 20 bucks and there is an easy way to make them. You tap the fitting for a #10 bolt, drill the hole in the center of the bolt deep enough so that when the bolt is cut off the hole goes all the way though. JB weld the bolt into the fitting let it set up then take a cut off wheel and cut the bolt at the end of the fitting, very slick. I had to get another fish scale to use for setting the front fork break out force, the cheap one broke. After setting the break out, I installed the cotter pin. More on next entry….
