Brief Description:  EMS harness fit and wire organization

I started today organizing the wire bundles on the left and right sides. I made a ground wire for both the power outlet and the rear seat heat and bolted them to the aircraft. I installed a cushion clamp to hold the wire bundle to the forward side of the right cabin brace. I then riveted in a plastic stand off to hold the main wire bundle coming into the area where the CB panel is located.

The next thing I did was to test fit the EMS wire bundles, the wire harness as bought from Spruce is not really long enough. I have already contacted Stein (who makes them for Spruce) about this and he will take any part of the harness back on credit and make one to a custom length. If I had to do it over again I would have just ordered the harness from Stein in the first place.

The EGT/CHT wires I may have redone, I want all the flexibility I can on these wires and splicing them is not an option. The other wires for fuel/oil pressure can be spliced if needed.
