Brief Description:  Part 1-Connectors on antenna cables & A/P wires

A long day today to make up for lost time yesterday. I first cut all the lace ties I made yesterday and then pulled the autopilot wires out enough that I could work with them to install the 9 pin connector. There is no pin out designated in the install manual for these so I made up a pattern and wrote it down and also took a picture to refer back to.

I next installed the BNC connectors on the Transponder and the VHF 1 and 2 antennas. I temporarily installed the antennas so I could secure the cables out of the way. I then secured the wire bundles that run under the foot wells and test fit the front floor. The VHF antenna cables were just touching the angled part of the foot wells. I was able to get a better fit, but will have to put some anti-chaff material on the cables just in case. I still had one more wire to pull, and that was a 22 AWG wire that runs a “Pitot” fail light that the Dynon pitot can use.
