Brief Description: Bogert Bar and Nose Gear Fairing Spacers
I received my Bogert tow bar today. I am really happy with this choice. Very well constructed and very light. I just need to figure out a way to strap it in the plane.I had read where builders could buy the extensions from Bogert that moved the attach points out flush with the wheel pants on other RV models and thought I would need to do the same. Turns out that Van's incorporated spacers in the -10 construction. Aluminum blocks are supplied that must be shaped and drilled for the hex bolts. I spent a few hours today installing these to make the A/C easier to move in and out of the garage while I am working on the fiberglass. This way I can keep the dust out of the shop.
