The Stiffeners and much of the R. Wing Tank were assembled with the holes drilled prior to assembly. Some match drilling was needed such as the two or three holes at the front of the ribs. This quicken the build but caused a mistake, the Close out Plate AN426AD3-3.5 rivets on the outer skin should be machine countersunk but were dimpled. It fortunately came out looking excellent.
The Fuel Cap Clip for the breather pipe on the L.W. Tank was difficult to rivet, it never became tight. I used a Click Bond Adhesive prior to riveting on the R.W. Tank. This worked out and resulted in a good shop end on the rivet; Tank Sealant was then put over the top.
