Cleaning helped, the left side still needs more help. Bored out a fender washer to the ID of the trailer mount pin and tacked welded it in place on the drop out lugs.
Also put HIGH (100 psi) tires on the bike. Rolls a lot easier. Adjusted brakes front and rear, added a couple of links to the chain to get high gear.
