Now set up your handy dandy Wing Incidence angle checker. A three inch block is taped to the bottom of the level. You then set it at different location along the wing per Dwg 38. This along with the 3 inch block on the level will give the desired 1 deg positive incidence angle. You check at the forward and rear spars.
