Before final drilling the Wing rear spar to the fuselage I mounted the Ailerons and flaps to see how they would fit while they were in trail. Both Flaps needed trimming to fit up under the fuselage and clear the side. I think it is a 1/4" clearence from the side of the fuselage. I used the cutting wheel and a file to smooth it up.
