Separated the W-1206V and W-1206T Attach Angles on a band saw and deburred edges. Primed with Aviation Zinc Phosphate Primer.
Marked and separated the W-1210B Rib Doublers by removing the joining material as shown in figure 2 page 13-02. Deburred edges and primed with Aviation Zinc Phosphate Primer.
Clecoed the second row of holes in the W-1210B-L Rib Doubler to thw W-1206K Attach Angle which came as part of the W-1206-L Spar Assembly at the inboard end of the spar channel as showing in figure 3 same page.
Using an extended number #30 bit, match drilled the first row of holes in the W-1210B-L left rib doubler into the W-1206K per same figure.
Reburred holes and set assign for section 15.
Drilled and Taped the 2 19/64" holes in the AEX Tie Downs on both W-1206-L & -R Spar Assemblies per figure 4 same page using a 5/16 drill bit 1 inch deep and a 3/8 - 16 Tap.
