Brief Description: Battery Box and Sealing Firewall
Riveted the F-01201Q-L-1 & -R-1 to the F-01201E-L-2 & -R-2 with LP4-3 rivets and the mfg heads on the outboard sides of the F-01201E-L-2 & -R-2. Riveted the upper and lower F-01201F-1 to the F-01201A-1 per figure 1 reference page. Riveted the F-01201E-L-2 & -R-2 to the F-01201A-1 and the F-01201B-1. Riveted the lower F-01201F-1 to the F-01201E-L-2 & -R-2. All using LP4-3 rivets. Covered the head of each rivet on the F-01201A-1, F-01201B-1, and F-01201C-1 with a thin layer of fuel tank sealant. Riveted the lower F-01201G-1 to the FF-00088A using two AN470AD3-4.5 rivets. Riveted the upper and lower F-01201G-1 as well as the two F-00194 to the F-01201E-L-2 & -R-2 using LP4-3 rivets. Fabricated the F-1240C from AS3-025 material per figure 2 same page. Match drilled #40 the F-1240C to the F-1240B. Test Fit the F-1240B to the fuselage to determine which side goes up, marked, deburred, and dimpled all the holes in both pieces per figure 2 same page. Riveted the F-1240C to the F-1240B per figure 2.
