Brief Description: Start Side Skin Section - Longerons
Marked line on F-01255-L-1 and -R-1 per figure 1 reference page. Trimmed the corner on the aft end of the F-01255-L-1 and -R-1 per same figure. Openned the angle of the fwd side of the F-01255-L-1 and -R-1 using a padded vise and a filed 1/2 socket per figure 4 same page. Adjusted the angle from 0 degree change to 5.4 degrees per figure 1 and figure 5 same page.
Clamped the F-01255-L-1 & -R-1 in a padded vise at the marked line from figure 1 same page and used a cresent wrench to twist them inboard per figure 3 same page and to a progressive twist from 0 to 2.7 degree twist per figure 1 same page.
Deburred the edges of the F-01234-L-1 & -R-1. Positioned them on the F-01255-L-1 & -R-1 per figure 2 same page 12 7/16" from the fwd end of the longeron and using a piece of .025 thick aluminum to simulate the skin, then clamped in place per figures 1, 2, and 6 same page.
Match Drilled #30 F-01255-L-1 & -R-1 using the F-01234-L & -R as a drill guide cleco'ing holes along the way and maintaining minimum overhang for skin. Removed the F-01234-L & R and deburred.
