Machine countersunk #40 the nutplate attach holes in the F-01217-L per figure 1 reference page. Machine countersunk #30 the fwd flange of F-01217-L, with WD-1204 in place for receiving the fwd firewall per same figure. Dimple #30 the hole in the F-01217-L and F-12131-L per same figure. Using a step drill, enlarged the fwd #30 hole in the web of F-01217-L and aft hole of the web of F-01217-R to 5/8 in.
Cleco'ed then final-drilled #30 all the rivet holes in WD-1204 to F-01217-L. Separated and deburred, then re-cleco'ed. Riveted WD-1204 to the Web of F-12131-L per same figure using LP4-3 rivets and 1 CherryMAX CR3213-4-3. Riveted 9 K1000-08 nutplates using AN426AD3-3 rivets. Repeated this paragraph for F-01217-R.
