Dimpled #40 the nutplate attach holes called out in the web of the F-01201C-1 per figure 1 page 22iS/U-03. Riveted 4 K1000-3 nutplates to the front of the F-01201C-1 per same figure using 2 CCR-264SS-3-2 rivets each.
Machine countersunk #40 the nutplate attach holes in the bottom surface of F-01272-1 per figure 2 same page. Oops, countersunk wrong side new part ordered.
Dimpled #30 the aft holes in F-01201B-1 that correspond to F-01257-1 per figure 3 same page. Dimpled #40 the called out nutplate rivet holes in F-01201B-1 in same figure. Cleco'ed the center F-01257-1 to the F-01201B. Used a step drill to enlarge the fwd #30 hole in the F-01257-1 to max the diameter of the corresponding hole in the F-01201B-1. Riveted the two K1000-08D nutplates outboard of the center F-01257-1 using AN426AD3-3 Rivets. Riveted F-01257-1 to F-01201B-1 along with 6 K1000-3 nutplates using AN426AD3-4 and LP4-3 rivets excluding aft and fwd most holes per DO NOT RIVET call outs.
