Brief Description: Attaching F-01213-L-1 & -R-1 in Section 21iS

Cleco'ed both sets of F-1204Z-L & -R to the F-01276-1 as shown in figure 1 page 21iS/U-22. Cleco'ed the F-1268A, B, C, D, & E Doublers to the F-01276-1, to the F-1204Z-L & -Rs, and to F-01204A-1 & D-1 flanges. Curvature for fit not necessary.
Riveted in place F-1268A, B, C, D, & E and F-1204Z-L & -Rs, to F-01276-1 using LP4-3 Rivets. Taped over all holes marked in Figure 1 same page as CLECO BUT DO NOT RIVET to avoid accidental riveting. Then riveted F-01276-1 to the substructure per the call outs in figure 1 using LP4-3 rivets.
Dimpled #40 the nutplate attach holes around the access hole and in the bordered area in F-01213-R-1 and -L-1 per figure 1 page 21iS/U-23. Dimpled #30 the holes in the bordered area in F-01213-R-1 and -L-1 per same figure. Installed 14 K1000-08D nutplates to each F-01213-R-1 and F-01213-L-1 using AN426AD3-3 rivets. Turned the Fuselage back onto right side up on the work surface.
Riveted the F-01213-L-1 & -R-1 to the F-01202F-1, F01212-L-1 & -R-1, and the F-01203A-1 except as noted in figure 2 same page using LP4-3 and CS4-4 rivets as noted in the same figure. Riveted F-01213-L-1 & -R-1 to the F-1253-L & -R front flanges using LP4-3 rivets. Attached 2 K1000-08D nutplates to the top flanage of the F-01202F-1 and to the F-01213-L & -R using CCR264SS-3-2 rivets per same figure.
