Brief Description: Separating bottom parts and cleco'ing bottom skin.
Separated F-00020 per figure 1 page 21iS/U-20 filed and deburred. Only one is used now the other was stored for later use. Final Drilled 330 the four #40 holes and dimpled #30 the holes corresponding to the dimpled F-01276-1 Bottom Skin.
Separated F-1204Z per figure 2 same page into 3 each -L & -R parts. Marked the F-1268 oriented to figure 3 same page then separated per same figure. Filed and deburred all parts.
SKIPPED STEP 6 (ULS) , STEP 7 21iS/U-20, and STEP 1 (ULS) 21iS/U-21 due to iS choice versus ULS engine.
Dimpled the nutplate attach holes around each access hole in the F-01276-1 per figure 1 page 21iS/U-21. Riveted 12 K1000-08D using AN426AD3-3 rivets to the F-01276-1 access holes per lower detail of same figure. Riveted the F-00020 to the F-01276-1 per same call out. Applied Boelube to 6 MS35206-248 stud screw threads and installed those screws in F-01276-1 per same figure using MS21042-08 nuts. One nut/screw combo got stripped and removed and a new one installed.
Broke edges along both sides and aft edge of the F-01276-1 and then cleco'ed the F-01276-1 to the fuselage.
