Brief Description:  Right wing fiberglass extension for nav/position/s

Drilled #30 the top center two holes into the W-1222-R and W-1204-E-R. Removed the W-1222-R and sanded away excess flox. Removed and discarded modeling clay used in previous step.

Using the dimples molded in the flat face of the W-1222-R, aligned the LN-200-1 wing tip nav/position/strobe light mount bracket and clamped it in place with a spring clamp.

Match drilled #27 the holes in the mount bracket into the W-1222-R per figure 1 page 40iS/U-09.

Marked 1 inch forward from the center of the two forward holes just drilled and drilled #30 a pilot hole. Then used a step drill to enlarge the access hole to 1 inch per same figure.

Machine Countersunk 120 degrees all the attach holes in the upper flange of the W-1222-R for the head of a CS4 rivet as per same figure.

Finish sanded the edges of the W-1222-R.

Attached the LN-200-1 mount bracket to the W-1222-R using 3 AN365-632A nuts and 2 AN507-6R6 screws and 1 AN507-6R8 screw. Per figure 1 same page attached the ring terminal of the B6309 (BLK) to the inside of the W-1222-R on the AN507-6R8 screw.

Cleco'ed the W-1222-R back to the wing tip and masked the edge and perimeter with electrical tape per figure 1 page 40iS/U-10.

Removed the W-1222-R from the wing, added a thin layer of fuel tank sealant to the inside surface of the lower flange, pulled the female Molex connector housing through the access hole then cleco'ed and riveted the W-1222-R to the wing using 6 CS4-4 flush head rivets on the upper flange and LP4-3 rives on the lower flange. Used a radiused popsicle stick to fillet the fuel tank sealant and removed the tape and left to dry overnight.
