Brief Description:  Complete Left Wing Skins

Cleco'ed a W-1202B Mid Upper Wing Skin to the wing skeleton as shown in Figure 1 page 17-04. Then Riveted teh mid upper wing skin to the skeleton using LP4-3 Rivets and leaving open the row shown in the same figure.

Dimpled the three inboard holes in the W-1201C-L Wing Walk Doubler which are in line with the two rows of holes in the leading edge which are already dimpled. Primed the mating surfaces between the Wing Walk Doubler and the Inbd Wing Skin for anti corrosion using Valspar Zinc Phospate Primer.

Cleco'ed the W-1201C-L Wing Walk Doubler to the Wing as shown in Figure 2 page 17-04 starting with the forward lower edge of the wing walk doubler and progessed up and aft. Then Cleco'ed the remain portion of the W-1201-L Inbd Wing Skin to the wing skeleton. Riveted the wing walk doubler and the inbd wing skin to the wing using flush head CS4-4 rivets in the dimpled holes and LP4-3 in the rest per same figure.

Cleco'ed then riveted the remain portions of the W-1203-L-1 outbd Wing Skin and the W-1202-L mid Wing Skin leaving only the outbd edge for the wing tip.

Added fuel tank sealant to the gap at the overlap of the wing walk and lower and upper skins.

Flipped the wing over. Dimpled the screw holes in the W-1202-L Mid Wing Skin and in the VA-195H Access Hatch as shown in Figure 4. Dimpled the rivet holes in both the nutplates and in the mid wing skin for the access hatch as show in Figure 4. Installed 10 K1100-06 nutplates with 20 AN426AD3-3.5 rivets. Installed the Access Hatch with 10 AN507-6R6 Screws.

Put wing aside to work on Right Wing.
