Brief Description:  Pitch Trim Servo Motor Wiring and Pushrod assmebly

Twisted together and stripped ends of the wires coming from the ES MSTS-B6-7T-165 to between .188 and.208 inches of bare ends and crimped 5 ES SA-1017 Socket Pins onto the end of the wires. Then inserted the sockets pins into an ES-205203-3 Female D-Sub 9 Pin Connector with orange in pin 1, green in pin 2, blue in pin 3, white in pin 4, gray in pin 5.

Attached the F-1287D-L & -R Clevis Plates together with the F1287C Link using (2)AN23-15 screws, (10)NAS1149F0363P Washers, an AN665-21R, (2)AN310-3 Crown Nuts, (2)MS24665-151 clevis pins, and (2)NAS1149F0332P Washers per the call outs on figure 3 page 11iS/U-07.

Match drilled the #30 holes in each of the F-1287D-L & -R Clevis Plates into the F-1287E Pushrod per Figure 3, then removed and deburred the holes and cleared away chips.

Clamped the F-1278F Threaded Insert into the curved end of the F-1278E Pushrod per figure 3 while lining up rivet holes.

Match Drilled #40 the two rivet holes through the F-1287E Pushrod and the F-1287F threaded insert. Riveted with two AN470AD3-9 rivets with the manufactured end at the top of the rod per figure 3.

Riveted the F-1287D-L & -R Clevis plates to the F-1287E Pushrod using (12) AD42H rivets while applying pressure to ensure tight fit. Completing the Pushrod Assembly.

Installed an MM-3 Bearing and NA315-3R Jam Nut into the F-1287F Threaded Insert to the dimensions 16 11/16 inches and tigheted jam nut while aligning the bearing body with the push rod assembly.

Threaded a AN315-3R Jam nut onto the ES MSTS-B6-7T-165 Pitch Trim Servo shaft until it stopped. Threaded the clevis rod end of the Pushrod Assembly onto the pitch trim servo shaft until it contacts the jam nut and then backed it off one full turn. Tightened the Jam nut against the clevis rod end.
