Brief Description: Configure V-Stab for AV-532L and Cable
Separated the F-00205 Nutplate Spacer into the F-00205 Shim, K1000 Drill Template, and the MS20151 Drill Template by cutting along the lines shown in figure 1 page 42PiS-01.
Located the F-00203 Nav Antenna Doubler on the VS-1205 per Figure 1 page 42PiS-02. Then match drilled #30 the forward and aft most holes in the F-00203 into the web of the VS-1205. Cleco'ed each hole before drilling the next per Figure 1 same page.
Using a permanent marker, marked the VS-1205 through the #27 holes in the F-00203 per figure 1 same page.
Removed Clecos and the F-00203 from the VS-1205.
Drilled #30 a hole near the aft two lightening holes in the VS-1205 as shown in figure 1 same page 3/4 inch from the center line of the lightening holes.
Machine countersunk the #40 holes in the F-00203 as shown in figure 2 same page.
Riveted the nutplates MS21051L3 to the bottom of the F-00203 as shown in figure 2 using 2 AN426AD3-4 rivets.
Using the marks from the permanent marker above and a file, filed away the inside edge of the lightening hole in the VS-1205 to make clearance for the nutplages installed on the bottom of the F-00203. Deburred all edges.
Riveted the F-00203 to the VS-1205 as shown in figure 2 same page using 8 LP4-3 Rivets.
Cleco'ed the K1000 Drill Template to the #30 hole in the VS-1205. Match Drilled #40 the holes as shown in figure 2 same page.
Removed the cleco and the K1000 Drill Template from the VS-1205 and final drilled the #30 hole to a #12 hole.
Machine Countersunk the #40 holes in the F-00205 Shim per Figure 3 same page.
Fabricated the F-00206 AV-532 Spacer as shown in figure 4 same page drilling two #11 holes 1.6 inches apart in the UHMW-125x1x2.
Positioned the ES-00301 on the aft most lightening hole as shown in figure 1 page 42PiS-04 and then match drilled #30 the rivet hole into the VS-1205.
Riveted the ES-00301 to the VS-1205 with a NAS1149FN432P Washer using a LP4-5 rivet.
Riveted the F-00205 Shim and the nutplate K1000-3 to the VS-1205 per figure 1 same page us
