Received HS-01231C-1 Hinge Gussets and deburred edges. Cleco'ed the Hinge Gussets in place following Figure 3 on page 9is/U-07. Final drilled #30 the holes indicated in Figure 3, then removed, deburred, and reinstalled the guessets.
Removed the Hinge Stop hardware shown and installed from Page 9is/U-04, Figure 1 to make room to rivet.
Taped over the holes called out in Figure 3 to prevent accidental rivets, then Riveted the main skins on the skeleton assembly, using LP4-3 Rivets.
Riveted the Hinge Gussets to the Skins and Stabilator Skeleton using AN470AD3-3.5 and LP4-3 Rivets.
Permanently installed the hinge stop hardware removed.
