Brief Description: Started Building Anti Servo Tabs
Commpleted steps 1-5: Removed hatched material from both HS-1221-L&R AST Skins. Scotch Bright used to smoothed all edges. Match drilled #30 on Rib Tips and 2 Flanges, cleaned and deburred all holes. Riveted top Skin to Flanges rib flanges using 16 each LP4-3 Rivets.
