Brief Description: Completion of Rudder Skeleton Assembly
7.3 completed step 4 by removing hatched area on one R-01203-1 and re-numbered as R1203A, trimmed rib, filed and primed all five rudder ribs and rudder stub rib R-01211.
7.4 Completed all steps 1 to 4, attached Rib R-1203A to Rudder Horn using 2 LP4-3 Rivets and six AN470AD4-4 Rivets. Then attach Rudder Horn Assembly to the Rudder Spar using eight AN470AD4-4 Rivets. Attached the remaining three ribs to the rudder spar using four each LP4-3 Rivets and completed the Rudder Skeleton Assembly by installing the R-01211 Stub Spar between the R1203A Rib and the R-01203-1 Rib above it using four LP4-3 Rivets.
7.5 Step 1 - Removed the tab from the rudder skin, filled edge and primed interior of rudder rib with Aviation Zinc Phosphate Primer.
