Brief Description: Extend aft cowl

The aft cowl ended up about 1/8"-3/16" short of the sheet metal when attached to fuselage. Today Ed started extending it by clecoing waxed Al sheets to the aft inside, and layering strips of fiberglass cloth and epoxy inside.
