Finished the oil door. Had resolved the Skybolt issue earlier (I thought some extra gromments were used on the oil door), drilled out the door and cowl for the studs and drilled and riveted the receptacles. Roughened and epoxied together the hinge and cowl, after curing riveted those together, and everything fits nicely. No hidden hinge etc. but it's simple and works.
