Put spacers per instructions, clamped and drilled holes through C-613 splice plates, forward canopy frame, and rails.All seems to line up. I'm guessing the final fit is quite dependent on the canopy and side skins. Just putting the spacers and splice plate changed the alignment somewhat.
Now just need to prime and rivet canopy frame together, then it's the canopy itself.
