Brief Description: Nearly finished electric elevator trim
Almost finished the electric elevator servo installation. Drilled, deburred and riveted Z brackets to cover plate; attached servo case to Z brackets (didn't need shims or washers as others have reported); ground away a bit on some of the nutplates on the reinforcement to allow easier insertion and removal of the servo assembly; tested travel; cut threaded shaft to length. Just need to test some more, tighten screws and apply Loktite and it's done.
