Got back from trip around 0900, which is pretty good. Clecoed HS-411 assembly to rear spar to match drill to #12. Well, once you drill to #12, you can't cleco anymore. Realized I could use the bolts that attach HS-411 to hold it in place. The nuts for the bolts are nylon lock nuts, and I only wanted to thread them once. I rummaged in my drawers, but only found two nuts that would work. Then it hit me, I could space the lock nut with washers and keep the nylon pristine.
Determined that HS-609PP spar reinforcements were not flush with spar. Spent the rest of the time filing down the corners and finishing with Scotchbite bench grinders.
