god i hate alodine. it will give me cancer. uhh.. deburred all the H.S. parts.. alumiprep and alodine'd all parts.
primed all parts except for one of the main spars. will do that next time.
I need to come up with a better way to soak long parts in alodine.. i'm thinking some kind of wood frame, lined with plastic (the kind that you get from home depot and use as a pain drop-cloth).
next time: prime the other main spar.. touch up any parts that need touching up.. assemble, rivet.
