the rear spar was bowed because of the two outboard spars's doublers not extending all the way to the two outboard ribs.
drilled out the outboard rib's rivets. made 4 shims from 0.040 size 6061-T6 aluminum -- cut to size, filed the edges, primed.. put into place.. drilled, re-rivetted.
filed out the skin's front-spar attachment point pre-cut holes. the holes were a little too tight and did not allow me to move the skin around (so that i could line up the rivet lines through the CNC'd holes of the skin).
lined up the rivet line of the rear spar.. drilled pilot holes; cleco'd. adjusted the skeleton so that the skeleton was square. lined up the rib's rivet line.. drilled, riveted, cleco'd.
noticed a small dent in the skin. it is on the bottom of the HS skin, by the bend, just before the bend radius.. not a big deall, glad its on the bottom of the HS.. will try to hammer this out soon.
used a sharpie through the CNC holes on the front spar so see how far off the rivet line i'll be. its close. will finish up the skin next time.
