Assembled skeleton, attach brackets, and conuterbalance. In rivetting the A-1207 Actuation bracket, intalled the shop head on the bracket for less interference. It was still a tight fit!
Using a hand seamer, squeezed the trailing edges until a perfect match to the rib was obtained. Locked the seamer on the setting for use on the Right flapperon.
