I've got a list of parts that are too long or not trimmed. I'll be spending the next couple of days working on these.
1) The Mid Fuse Longerons are too long. 2) The upper fuse longerons are too long. 3) The baggage door seal frame was supposed to be trimmed, but wasn't.
Tonight I trimmed the mid fuse upper longerons to the appropriate length.
I accomplished this by sliding a piece of stainless steel between the longeron and the skin. This allowed me to cut through the longeron without damaging the skin. I used my Fein Multimaster to make the cut. It didn't cut as quickly as I would have liked, but the cut was great!
Getting started
Notice the stainless steel sheet to protect the skin.
