Brief Description: Left Elevator Trailing Edge & Rt Counterbalance

I removed the left elevator from the angle iron sandwich. As expected you couldn't get it any closer to perfect. I also trimmed the counterbalance weights for the right elevator and put them in position. Though they aren't tourqed down yet.
