Brief Description:  Brake Lines.

I climbed in under the instrument panel to disconnect the rudder cables so I could comply with Service Bulletin # 0018.
I'm going to have access to a swage crimper in the next couple of weeks to re-crimp my oval sleeves.
My oval sleeves are 9.2mm, SB # 0018 requires them to be 8.9mm, my oval sleeves were factory crimped, close, but not close enough.
I also worked on the brake line bulkhead fittings.
I drilled a pilot hole through the fuselage where the factory install the brake line.
To my surprise the hole comes out right on the rear floor, so the bulkhead fitting and brake line would not fit.( floor in the way ).
After talking to BDH we decided to lower the hole as far as I can, which I have done and the fittings will now fit OK. ( filled the pilot hole with a rivet )
