My aircraft is an older vision of Sling4 which had the parachute installed behind the baggage area. I elected not to have a parachute and I converted the area into an AFT Baggage compartment. I understand the parachute and rocket weighs in the vicinity of 20 Kgs. I've decied to impose a limit of 7 Kgs in this compartment, which will easily accommodate First Aid Kit, tie down ropes, canopy covers, plugs and wheel chocks, etc. I spent some time today measuring the " ARM " of the AFT compartment and after many measurements I came up with an arm of 3810 mm. I will send a message to TAF in the new Year just to check if they have an ARM measurement for the parachute compartment. I have also re-written Page 6-13 of the POH to reflect the " AFT baggage Compartment" in the Weight and Balance calculations.
