JAC worked with me today which was a great help. We discussed how we were going to install the dashboard. We also spent some time soldering the control column plug pins, which we decided would be better than just a crimp connection. ( easier to do it now than later ). I had noticed when I was at the factory they had changed the side panels on the dashboard. The sides are now only about 30mm past the windscreen edge , mine are about 120mm. JAC and I decided to cut 90mm off the side of our dashboard. ( gutsy move, I know ). We heated the leather to soften the glue and peeled the leather back to allow us to cut the side, then reglued it down. All worked out very well, it will be much better with the join behind the side pocket.
